SK가스는 26일 이사회를 열고 SK어드밴스드와의 합병 계약 체결 안건을 의결했다고 밝혔다.SK어드밴스드는 SK가스가 실질적으로 지분 100%를 보유한 자회사다. 이에 따라 이번 합병은 신주를 발행하지 않는 방식으로 진행되며 기존 SK가스 주주의 지분율에도 변동이 없다.이번 합병은 프로판과 프로필렌의 밸류체인을 하나의 경영 체계로 통합하는 것이 핵심이다. SK가스는 약 40년간 축적한 글로벌 네트워크와 트레이딩 역량을 기반으로 해외에서 경쟁력 있는 가격으로 프로판을 조달해 SK어드밴스드에 공급하고 있다. 이를 SK어드밴스드가 PDH 공정을 거쳐 석유화학 기초 원료인 프로필렌을 만드는 구조다. SK가스는 프로판 조달·공급에서 프로필렌 생산·판매로 이어지는 통합 밸류체인 관점에서 이번 합병을 결정했다. 양사를 하나의 경영 체계로 통합하면 밸류체인 전체의 경쟁력을 높이고 사업·재무 효율을 극대화할 수 있다고 판단한 것이다. SK가스는 합병 이후 원료 조달과 제품 생산·판매 등 사업 전반의 의사 결정을 일원화할 방침이다. 이를 기반으로 원료 조달 경쟁력을 강화하고 운영 효율성과 판매 경쟁력을 동시에 높인다는 구상이다. 또 자금 조달 및 재무 관리 일원화로 금융비용을 줄이고 자금 운용 효율화를 꾀한다. SK가스 관계자는 "이번 합병은 지난 6월 울산GPS 자산 유동화에 이은 사업 포트폴리오 최적화의 연장선"이라며 "액화석유가스(LPG)에서 액화천연가스(LNG)로 보유 자산을 연결하고 기존 사업과 자산의 가치를 최적화할 것"이라고 밝혔다. 이어 "동시에 새로운 성장 기회를 지속 모색할 계획"이라고 했다.。    The first musical glimpse of Chatha Pacha - The Ring of Rowdies has arrived, and it wastes no time announcing the film’s attitude. For decades, the trio has shaped the musical memory of Hindi cinema with songs that balance melody, scale, and experimentation. Their decision to step into Malayalam cinema with Chatha Pacha feels both timely and deliberate, aligning with the industry’s growing confidence and national footprint.The composers have spoken about their excitement in working with the language, describing Malayalam as rich and musical in itself.
